We are excited to announce that we have added the Conclare Resort to our collection of boutique hotels on tranquil Sarasea Circle. The Conclare Resort's 19 rooms are literally steps from beautiful Crescent Beach on Sarasea Circle, you can't get any closer! Rooms range from Cozy Studios, King and Queen Efficiencies, One Bedroom Suites, and a Two Bedroom Suite that can be combined with a Cozy Studio and convert to a Three-Bedroom Suite.
All of the same great amenities that our guests have grown accustomed to at the Tropical Beach Resort, (2) sparkling heated pools, shuffleboard, private beach access, in-room DVD players with an extensive library of DVD's in the lobby, in-room coffee, as well as all-day coffee and treats in the lobby. Almost all of our rooms come with fully equipped kitchens that make it easy to prepare meals in case you don't want to venture away from the property. The Conclare Resort also has its own guest laundry facility and (3) grilling areas.
The Conclare Standard Studio Room offers a comfy queen size- bed. Packed with thoughtful touches, the standard studio is the perfect size for two people and ideal for shorter stays. While many hotel options on Siesta Key can be pricey, our standard studio is a classic Old Florida-style accommodation that provides just the right amount of space when your main focus is being out at the beach!
The Conclare Studios offer guests King, Queen or two Double beds and either a sleeper sofa, futon or two comfy leather chairs in the rooms. They can sleep from two to four guests depending on the configuration you choose. This is our most popular room type and ideal for couples who prefer a little extra space or for guests traveling with children. Each of these rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, and you will be delighted by the many thoughtful touches in your Conclare Studio. Accommodations are just a stroll to the beach access and offer garden views.

Our one-bedroom suite offers the advantage of extra privacy and space. The Queen Suite provides a separate bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional TV, these suites feature a fully-equipped kitchen. Best of all, the beach is only a short stroll from the resort and all suites offer a garden view.
