Saturday Siesta Key Rum Tours - Saturdays
Rum right over to Drum Circle Distillery, home of Siesta Key Rum, for a free tour during multiple Saturdays in January. Each tour lasts about 45 minutes to an hour and includes a brief history of the company, why it’s award-winning and what makes the rum taste delicious. Early birds, if you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time, you will receive some free samples!
6th Annual Sarasota Seafood & Music Festival - January 14 -16
The 6th Annual Sarasota Seafood & Music Festival will return on January 14 -16 at JD Hamel Park in Downtown Sarasota. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a diverse menu of foods cooked fresh on site. If you don’t particularly enjoy seafood, there will be plenty of meat, vegetarian, and our favorite kind of meal, desserts, also available. Best of all, general admission is free!
3rd Annual Sarasota Beer & Burger Festival - January 15
The 3rd Annual Sarasota Beer & Burger Festival will debut on Saturday, January 15 at The Mall at University Town Center. This family-friendly, live, in-person event includes at least a dozen Burger Artisans, Craft Brewers with in-person sampling, and 4 live music performances. Don’t forget to cast your vote for your favorite burger to help crown the winner of the “People’s Choice Best Burger Award.”
CoreSRQ Car Show & Chili Cook Off - January 29
Who has the better tasting chili: the Sarasota Police Department or the Sarasota Fire Department? Find out this Saturday, January 29 at the CoreSRQ Car Show & Chili Cook Off. All proceeds benefit the CoreKIDS Youth Program.
