Manatee’s Annual Taco Fest | May 4th
Kickstart your Cinco De Mayo celebrations at Manatee Fairgrounds for the 3rd Annual Taco Fest, a beloved event for many. The festival runs from 12pm to 7pm and features dozens of vendors, live music, and activities. General admission tickets are $10, with free parking. Veterans and children under 13 get in for free.

Cinco De Mayo Street Festival | May 4th-5th
May 5th is Cinco De Mayo, and Sarasota & Siesta Key know how to celebrate! One of the many events in the area is the Cinco De Mayo Street Festival at Circo: A Taco and Bourbon Joint. Enjoy live music, activities, and of course, tacos! The family-friendly festival spans the weekend from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

Dig The Beach: Siesta Key Volleyball Classic | May 11th-12th
Calling all volleyball lovers! Don’t miss the Dig The Beach is Siesta Key’s volleyball classic. Create your team before Wednesday, May 8, or watch for free as a spectator. Stakes are high, with AAU accolades available for players.

Venice Brew Fest | May 18th
The Venice Brew Fest returns on May 18 with over 15 breweries offering their best craft beers. Enjoy sips from all over the area in a fun, lively atmosphere. A general admission ticket grants you access to the festival from 12 p.m. -4 p.m. at $35 per person. For beer lovers, consider the VIP option for early entry, premium parking, and a chance to chat with local brewers! VIP tickets are $65.

Memorial Day 5K Hike | May 25th
On May 25th, SRQ VETS hosts their 9th Annual Memorial Day 5K Hike to honor local veterans. Join the community in this meaningful event, which includes a $35 donation for a t-shirt, lunch ticket, and drink ticket.

Aquapalooza | May 26th
Beat the heat and enjoy the water with this year’s Aquapalooza! Hosted by MarineMax Marina, this event is rumored to be the biggest party on the water. For those over 21, bring your boat down to the marina and enjoy good times and great vibes.
