Complimentary Beach Yoga and Sunset Fusion Classes

Beach Yoga
We are delighted to invite you to a complimentary beach yoga class every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00am. Can you think of a more relaxing way to start your day than by doing yoga on the white sandy shores of Siesta Key with the island sun brightening your day? Whether you have never taken a yoga class before or practice weekly…. you will find this class to be a wonderful experience. Make sure to bring water and wear comfy clothes; Otherwise, the class is all set up on the beach to the left of the access path by the Gulf.  Namaste!

Sunset Fusion
This is an evening sunset class which blends pilates and yoga to strengthen, tone, stretch, and relax at the end of the day. This special class is offered by Studio Rubylake and will be sure to please! Check with the front desk for specific times. The class is set up on the beach to the left of the access path by the Gulf.
